Death Valley Spring Critters

I took a day trip to Death Valley last Thursday, April 22.

The only wildlife goal was to see the pupfish whom can only be found in the spring at Salt Creek, but I found a few more critters too.

#4 Lady Bug and Beetle (Mesquite Dunes)


I'm having trouble identifying the beetle, if you know what it is and can provide a link to more info I would appreciate it.

Cool captures. Spinx moth hatch in the desert can be wild. Been through a few on the Coachella valley. So thick they cause cars to spin out like they were on ice.
