Optio W90 Help

Hello fellow grinners...

I am trying to help out a friend that has her camera straps up in a bunch because she wants to get the Pentax Optio W90 for when she comes to Vegas in a couple of months...

I have only read about the camera features, but have not had a chance to pick one up and use it... and most of the info on the web is just specs, not actual reviews of the camera.

DPReview only has the press release from Pentax... so no help there... :cry

Her main reason for getting the camera is that she and her friends are going to be hitting the different pools here (which is why she needs a waterproof)... plus, being that it's going to be a large group of girls, her bf told her that this camera shoots in HD, so being a girl, she's all excited about having an HD camera too...

But again, without having used it, I can't tell her yes or no...

Any thoughts, comments and/or opinions are, as always, greatly appreciated...
