Hello All-
As my skills have improved the request to use more of my project pictures in trade magazines, press releases, and brochures is increasing. This increase has led to some interesting conundrums, most of which I have worked out with my employer. The only one that I am having trouble with figuring out is how to keep track and manage who is downloading the high resolution images.
I keep my images in SmugMug and put together galleries for projects and product images. I want to keep track of who is using the images, mainly so my work and I can figure out how much my work is being used. The plan being that I would distribute the high rez files not my work. I do not need to charge for them, however I want to know that they have been downloaded. I understand that I can place them in a private gallery. What I am hoping for is a report or document that says this person (e-mail or domain) download these images at this time and date.
Any ideas?

Just found out that a couple of my photos are going to be used in our next ad campaign. The marketing firm picked them.
