Customer having issues viewing pictures

I received a message from a potential customer about not being able to view pictures off of site.

When I try to view the pictures, none come up. I get the screen that says the pictures from April 24th are there, but no luck. I have an iMac computer (but have been able to view them in past years, so I hope that is not the issue), and I have dialup connection to the internet (unfortunately), so I don't know if that is the problem. Any suggestions/solutions??

Looking for any advice on how I should advise them.
