Hello friends!

Took a stroll in our lovely capital Stockholm today with my son Liam and a friend and his daughter. Couldn't help myself from bringing the camera! *How unexpected!* Snapped a few "Stockholm motifs" as we strolled along, basking in the sun and munching ice cream. I hope you'll enjoy! Comments and critics are welcome.

Regards / Matty

Thanx Phil! *Haha* Do you know what "Stockholm Syndrome" is? :o)
Back at August 23-27 1973 there was a bankrobbery/hostage situation at Norrmalmstorg (Stockholm). It is one of the "big and famouse" crime in Sweden. The perpetrator, Clark Olofsson, a notorious criminal, later got sort of a "fame status" in Sweden. Anyway - the syndrom is a psychological phenomenon where the hostages (victims) makes friend with and later defends the perpetrator, like happend at this drama at Norrmalstorg. It had an happy ending, no one got hurt!

Haha! No big secret to share! Just tick the "Monochrome" box...
... in the Channel Mixer and pull the Red, Green, Blue sliders. To bring out the clouds, I set the blue to -100, then balance with the red and green, depending on what the rest is, that isn't sky. mwink.gif

What a shame as I've seen lots of your shots that are poster worthy.
I was guessing you were using a red filter effect or a red filter on your camera. I also use the channel mixer to get to B&W, but didn't think about creating a red filter effect by using it. Wonderful shots. I particularly like the two kids on the wall and the alley way shotthumb.gif.

    Thanks for sharing,
