Sebastian reported a few issues with yesterday's version. All fixed and then some:-)

What's new:
  • Sebastian: text misaligned in Option|Upload Email tab. Fixed.
  • Sebastian: S*E freezes during upload. Oops. Fixed. Pausing made more responsive.
  • Sebastian: move BW cap control to the toolbar. Done.
    Note: you can change it even during the upload, but it will take effect only upon the next image.
  • BW cap now applies to upload only.
  • Few minor UI fixes.
