Can we host new Javascript?

There are some cool javascript effects provided by folks like www.dynamicdrive.com but, if I think it is necessary in some cases to host new javascript. For example, there is a nice nav-bar here

but it requires ddaccordion.js

Is there a way to post new script to that location?
