Why? Because Helen had to practically hold my hand through the process of finding as much info as she could about a lens I wanted to buy today. I e-mailed her asking for help. She wrote back within the hour, ready to oblige. I wrote her back and let her know what item it was. She wrote back asking for the SKU...back and forth we went like that for a good part of the afternoon.

I had to step out about 5pm and when I returned, she'd written me and I returned her e-mail once again. That was at 6:45 pm...I figured I'd hear from her tomorrow...Nope! She wrote me back within the hour...I'm like, "does this woman ever go home, sleep?"

Anyway...

I did pull the trigger on that Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR2...and Adorama ought to really love Helen!

Thanks Helen!

Mods, if this needs to be in Mind your own business, please move it appropriately~

God I cannot wait to try that lens!

We are "extremely" fortunate to have Helen post here and obviously Adorama is extremely fortunate to have Helen as an emissary for them.

I imported lens from Adorama to Pakistan, and it was delayed by UPS boys in Pakistan, Halen promised to help in every way even though it was not Adorama's fault ! keep it up

Tom congrats for the lens, i got chance to use this lens and it was superb in focusing and quality was top notch !

but you are not gonna hold hands (maybe to a female buyer? ...) I mean in general you don't do that.

Because of Helens presence here and elsewhere my faith in Adorama has been restored. That 500mm L and 5DMkII(both refurbed) are mighty tempting, to bad I've a rule about one item at a time till it's paid off. The good thing is I'm about five months ahead of schedule on my 100-400 so it may be Christmas in July for me this year.:D

I really appreciate all the great feedback - but you know, I couldn't do what I do for you all without the tremendous support and increased commitment to customer service that I get from my colleagues.
