"Sharegroups: Recently Visited" box suddenly showing on each category page & homepage

I haven't done anything with my Sharegroups for ages. I only ever made one, a long time ago. So, last night & tonight I was editing it... i.e. adding galleries to it. It's a family one, so I figured I'd send them the link. However, I noticed then that suddenly a box saying "Sharegroups: Recently Visited" is showing up on each of my main pages. It shows up whether logged in or logged out, on my homepage (above the slideshow), my galleries page, and all my main category pages. I don't know why or how this suddenly happened. Does it normally do this, just because I visited it? If so, is there a way to get rid of it? I possibly wouldn't mind that particular box, of that particular sharegroup, down at the bottom of my "family" category page, but I'm not thrilled about it being everywhere, and certainly not at the top of the page. Also, I have 2 more questions about Sharegroups:

1. I wanted to de-list a couple galleries from that Sharegroup. I saw the "delete" button when I was in the sharegroup, and figured it would bring up the list of galleries in the group & I could delete them. But it didn't do that. It just took me back to a page giving me Sharegroup options. The only way I could find to do this was to re-select all the galleries I really wanted in the group... a bit daunting with 79 galleries! I'm assuming the "delete" button is not working as it should. Correct?

2. If I accidentally list an unlisted gallery in the Sharegroup, I shouldn't actually see it when logged out, should I? I do see unlisted galleries on the Sharegroup's list of galleries page, even when logged out.

Thanks if you can solve any of these mysteries!

    It shows only for a viewer whom you have sent the sharegroup link to and they have actually visited the sharegroup. Because you visited the sharegroup, the box started showing for you.

    It will expire in some number of days of not visiting the sharegroup again and the box will go away. It doesn't show for people other than those who have explicitly visited your sharegroup. It's designed to make it easy for those viewers to come back to the sharegroup without having to again find your email with the link.

    Unlisted galleries do show in sharegroups and are supposed to. A sharegroup is one way of sharing a group of unlisted galleries.

    I don't know about the delete option in sharegroups.

    I added this to the CSS to remove my links.

    #shareGroups {display: none;}
