Downloads disappeared?!

I had a customer email me today asking how to download from the gallery in the above link, and after sending him all the info he still couldn't find out how. I checked it out myself and couldn't find "download" as an option on checkout.
After selecting "photos in this gallery" from the buy or order tab, I tried changing the product but it was only merchandise & prints? Has something changed since yesterday, I'm certain I sold a download yesterday!?

    rolleyes1.gifNevermind, I think that's me being silly again, I was logged in so the downloads wouldn't appear; all is well while logged out.

    I still have to figure out why the customer can't do it!

    "Save photo" appears for me in that gallery. Still a problem?

    What's "Save photo"? Have I left originals out there? Now you have me paranoid!!
    No, the customer wanted to purchase digital download, said all he saw was an option for merchandise & prints; when I tried going through checkout in the gallery I got the same thing but I was logged in. When I logged out I found the Download tab had appeard when you changed the product type.
    headscratch.gifI just don't know why he can't find the "download" tab after I gave him step-by-step instructions. He hasn't emailed back. Nothhings changed since yesterday when I had sales so it must be him.
