He was part of a group playing in the ground floor lounge at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, the former historic PSFS building. The huge curved window really added to the reflection.

So are you shooting him through the window? I was puzzled by what I was seeing, understanding that the building and car were double reflections from a window but unclear if this was a single frame shot.

Okay, I just revisited your "Reaction" shot and realized it also was a reflection/window shot ().
The effect is neat but I don't draw a connection between the musician and the reflection outside. Image gives me the impression that he is looking at/remembering/thinking about the building but why would he?
