Photography books in Kindle

I've picked up a couple books published by Amerst Media at a garage sale my church had. Even though I've been photographing for over 20 years, I still find these books interesting, but they are very expensive.

Does anyone read these types of books on their Kindle or other ebook reader? I have Kindle for my Iphone and just wondered if it would be worth saving 50% or more by getting the kindle version of these books.

I got the Kelby books in the Kindle version and had no trouble reading them on my iPod touch, which is the same form factor as the iPhone.

This may be a stupid question, but where do you store the books? The Iphone and Ipod Touch only has so much storage. If I remove a book from my Iphone will it still be in my Amazon account so I can download it again if I want to re-read it?

It's on your Amazon account - go to Manage Your Kindle and you can re-send any purchased title to your Kindle or other device (I no longer have a Kindle, but use my iPad and iPhone).

Books don't really take up as much space as you might think. I've got 25 on my 16G iPod and stll have 11G unused... but I also have some video and pictures on there too. In any case, as Andy said, you can always get you books from your Archive. You can download you book on any device register on Amazon when you sign up. My wife and I use the same account to buy books so either one of us can put any of the books we get on our iPod.

Thanks for the advise. I have a couple books on my Iphone right now, but I'm searching for some good books from Amherst Media. Seems like the Kindle versions are almost half the cost of purchasing the actual book, and Amherst Media is 10 minutes from my house.
