Water Mark Tutorial

Can anyone please tell me where to find the water mark tutorial in CS4. I am sure I had it in one of my past threads but I can't find those now. I used to click on 'Quick Links' and then 'Profile' and there they were all the posts and threads I had made. I now find when I click on 'Quick Links' it doesn't show 'Profile' in the drop down list. I would appreciate if anyone can direct me to where to find my previous posts and threads and the tutorial too.

Thanks ever so much for that. It is not the one I have in one of my threads but I can have a go and see if I can follow it.
I just wish I could look through my previous threads to find it.

Thanks Rae but I am using Photoshop CS4 and things are not working out right if you know what I mean.
