Feedback for first SM integrated website

Hi
I've finished a beta version of a small project website that integrates SmugMug and I'm looking for feedback. This is the first time I've integrated with SmugMug.
http://www.24snaps.com/
Specific Questions
-Is the look and feel close enough across the HTML/ SmugMug divide? How to improve?
-Does my favicon appear for you or SM's?
-What screams out first timer in the design?
Any suggestions for improvements most welcome.
Known issues: -- There is white space next to the header on the SM side. (In the future when the site has more content the plan is to have a nav bar there.) Duplicate gallery for SEO optimization reasons between the html website and SM. SM will eventually have more content with just key content duplicated.
Thanks to everyone for their help with this.

FWIW, I did the same for my site. I only used my gymnastics photos for my Smugmug site, everything else is using my 'html' site.
