This gallery has no photos to display yet

Hi Gang,

I've had this gallery up since January of this year and it's always functioned properly.

But now, when people try to access the gallery they see the "This Gallery has no Photos ..." screen. But, when I log in I can view the photos just fine so I know photos are there.

I checked my gallery settings but I don't see anything that would cause the "No Photos" message. I just discovered this problem so I have no idea how long the problem has been there.

Is this problem on my end, or possibly somewhere on the SmugMug end? Could this problem be isolated to just the one gallery, or do I have to check all my galleries?

Have you checked to make sure that all the images in the gallery are not marked as [X] Hidden? Other than that, it sounds like you need some help from the Smugmug helpdesk.

Hi John,

Yeah, that's one of the first things I checked. There is one image that I marked Hide but that's it..

Thanks Rich ... it seems to working just fine now. What did you do to fix it?
