Weather Watching

What source do you use to check the weather? Last year I drove 4 hours to my destination just to find out about 2hr and 15min into the trip the event was cancelled. Same event this year and it's beginning to look like the same result already. Just trying to save my self some hassel, money and time by trying to be better informed.

BTW, in route last year I called and got some info about 2hrs into the trip, 15mins after I called they cancelled. Talk about some tough luck.

Weather is very predictable here (rain, cloud, wind) is a common occurrence ;) but I like to check BBC Weather, just in case.

My brother (who is very keen to the weather because of his job) tells me to check the weather on weatherunderground.com. (It doesn't help me here in Hawaii, but when I want to see if storms and such are going to possbily affect family on the mainland, I check it out).

Well THANK YOU very much!! If nothing else, looking at this site has given me a reason to continue with my planning as they are predicting a lesser chance of rain for the weekend.
