Feels a little too literal an interpretation to me, but there it was, at my feet. What do you think?

Damn, there goes my idea, you beat me to it! I shot some ferns for the "green" challenge a few rounds back, so I was going to head back and take some more for this round. Oh well...

I shot some 2 weeks ago and I was waiting for some sun and a less windy day...

- but I don't think we cannot still do it

Very, very cool. Literal or not, I like it. Also, I think you nearly nailed the composition perfectly. The only things I might've done differently is put the starting line in the corner (I don't think that would make it any better than it already is) and punch up contrast a little (I'm a contrast whore, however).

Awesome! Not too literal for me. Sometimes the shot is so strong that it doesn't matter if its literal or anything else, its just a great photo!
