Shipping Cost in Order Details

Because people in my area are cheap, shipping costs can be a big deterrent to sales. But I can't seem to find any details on how much a customer paid for shipping on a particular order. This would be important information so I can determine, just like the customer does, what my true 'out the door' cost is. Am I just not looking in the right place? :scratch

Any assistance appreciated.

    I know that you can see the shipping costs paid if you download the CSV file with your order data. There's a Shipping column.

    Good point about knowing the total cost to the customer, though!

    Yes, look in your CSV there's tons of data deal.gif

    I just looked at this, and one thing that makes a total cost vs shipping cost analysis difficult is that the shipping information is replicated on each item ordered. I can't figure out a quick way to sum up the cost of items ordered and compare it with the shipping. Any assistance appreciated.
