Hi. I'm brand spanking new but thought I would jump in with both feet (gulp). Unfortunately, I don't have the time to devote to my photography as I would like and I am still new to the digital scene. I can manage the camera it's Photoshop/Paintshop gets my palms sweating. And yes we have both, one we bought the other came with our printer.
At anyrate, the into pics I'm posting were taken this July in the south of France. Probably one of the most photogenic places I've ever been.
I found these buckets of olives so striking in the sunlight. I couldn't help myself.
This is in the Garibaldi Chateaux in old Cagnes.
And this was taken on a hike around the Cap d'Antibe. Do give you an idea of scale, you can just barely make out someone sitting on the rocks mid picture.
Well, if I didn't want to learn I wouldn't be here, but will you be gentle with the new girl on the block?

you've got some fun shots!
the 2nd one is my favorite. I like how the sunlight streaks across the wall.. and the color is great - very 'old world' feeling to it..
nice work!
