Retrieval Options

Reviewing my backup strategy and see that in the event of a hard drive crash I can no longer purchase backups of my photos on DVD....it mentions on the SAFETY tab "There are many ways to retrieve your high-resolution photos from SmugMug " but I cannot find what those options are?
