Thanks Adam & Tom. I accidentally took the shot - didn't notice the prehistoric-ish coloration on that cinder cone before, the cloud cover's selective lighting/shadowing brought it out...definitely something to revisit on my next trip up there.
Nice shot John, I've been there on the rim looking at a carpet of clouds, great to see an image of the inside. Although this shot looks like you may have hiked down into the crater??

One day I'll be in better shape to walk into the crater, but not yet. This was shot w/ a 50 prime, so I guess that makes it look closer.
