"Download Image" Not Working

When I am signed out of my account and try to use the "download image" button in one of my galleries, it won't let me do it. Instead, it goes to a broken-link page.

Here is one of the photos I tried to download.

When I'm signed in, it's no problem. I just use "owner save." But I was trying to let the client download a copy of her photo.

    You have Originals blocked, the visitor can't save it. Turn Originals On please, in your gallery settings, then let us know? ear.gif
