When I attempt to go to my site (www.leiningerphotos.com) all I get is a "page not found message" HTTP 400 Bad request....anyone else? :dunno

I am getting the same thing, so it must be Smugmug, wasn't sure if it was my host. Will hang tight, I have full confidence the smugmug heroes are coming to the rescue

Of course YOURUSERNAME is your smugmug name NOT "YOURUSERNAME" :P
Theoretically you are correct, but mine isn't working...

weird...your vanity URL doesn't load for me at all. I bet it's a regional issue of some sort...

I see what you are talking about Andy, I will wait until the site is back up so I can get into my control panel It is nice to know Doc can help, I am admittedly petrified of changing anything in my DNS settings.

Thanks Andy, Yahoo wouldn't accept the new CNAME, so I sent doc a note.
Hope you are doing well, it's been a while!

I don't recall an e-mail, and I set it up a long time ago, just how you told me.
This is real frustrating.
I did all the CNAME stuff when I got my Go daddy name of Leininerphotos....do you think you can give me and hand and get this corrected?
I've been using that connection for years.
We emailed multiple times, I'm sorry that you didn't get our email No matter, it takes minutes to fix up, just email us.

E-mail sent....I tried the leiningerphotos.smugmug.com route too, but that didn't work right either...not totally anyway.
:cry
I have emailed support, but ever time i send the message, it just routes it back to my inbox.

Are you emailing us using this address?

Yes I have. I will try again perhaps?
THANK YOU!!!
I ended up figuring it out myself through my hosting service, Blue Host.
They responded asap. and fixed it almost as fast as they responded....
Glad you figured it out...it confused the crap out of me. I sent Godaddy and e-mail asking how to find my CNAME info, but by the time they replied the smug heros had me back up and running.
Glad you are sorted.

No worries... You guy's are great.
I thought I had everything setup correctly after I got those emails. I though all the was going to change was that we could not get to the owner's view through www.domain.com.
