I am getting the same thing, so it must be Smugmug, wasn't sure if it was my host. Will hang tight, I have full confidence the smugmug heroes are coming to the rescue :D

Ditto, same here. Glad it wasn't a domain hijacking or something.

    Please fix!

Jeffro & Lynne: it's because your site domain isn't set up properly - I'm so sorry. We emailed you and all the pros about this last year, and now finally the old methods aren't supported. Please write our Support Heroes ATTN: Doc and we'll get you sorted in no time - you just need to update your CNAME Alias to point to domains.smugmug.com - more here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=141333

I see what you are talking about Andy, I will wait until the site is back up so I can get into my control panel :) It is nice to know Doc can help, I am admittedly petrified of changing anything in my DNS settings. :D

Site's up. We're all clear. You must change the CNAME on your Yahoo Domain page not on SmugMug. Holler for us at the desk if you need help.

Thanks Andy, Yahoo wouldn't accept the new CNAME, so I sent doc a note.

Hope you are doing well, it's been a while!

I don't recall an e-mail, and I set it up a long time ago, just how you told me. rolleyes1.gif

    This is real frustrating.

I did all the CNAME stuff when I got my Go daddy name of Leininerphotos....do you think you can give me and hand and get this corrected?

I've been using that connection for years.

Jeffro, of course - the linked thread says we'll do it all for you even. Just write our Support Heroes ATTN: Doc.

We emailed multiple times, I'm sorry that you didn't get our email :( No matter, it takes minutes to fix up, just email us.

I would love to say thank you, but they never responded to any of my 3 emails.
I ended up figuring it out myself through my hosting service, Blue Host.

They responded asap. and fixed it almost as fast as they responded....thumb.gif

Glad you figured it out...it confused the crap out of me. I sent Godaddy and e-mail asking how to find my CNAME info, but by the time they replied the smug heros had me back up and running. wings.gif

Sorry - we had a lot of email today with more folks like you that needed domain assistance. We're usually fast, I answered your ticket.

    Glad you are sorted.

So what hapenned last night that changed?

I thought I had everything setup correctly after I got those emails. I though all the was going to change was that we could not get to the owner's view through www.domain.com.
