Cairo, Egypt
I just got back from a fantastic trip to Egypt. Most of our time was spent by the Red Sea, but we took a one day trip to Cairo to see the Pyramides.
Here are some of my shots from the city. Cairo is a city full of contrasts, always busy and the traffic is crazy.
We started our day in the Egyptian Museum, very interesting but unfortunately we could not take any photos.
Then our guide brought us to the river Nile. We spent about 30 minutes on a boat on the Nile, and it was very beautiful.
After the Nile we went to see the Pyramides of Giza. What an amazing experience!
A fantastic country, a interesting city, full of history! I can`t wait to go back again.

Yes I love Egypt! So much interesting to see!
Unfortunately my tummy was very upset in Cairo, and it kind of killed my spirit. I wanted to take a lot of photos, but in the end all I could think of was when we would stop somewhere they had a toilet.
But I guess I have to go back again one day to take more photos, especially of street life. We only had one day in Cairo, the rest of our vacation was spent swimming in the Red Sea.
