In that link, there's a picture of a tripod just like mine... a Slik U-212.
I just got one last night, but it's missing one part... the part that tiightens/losens the panhead where the camera mounts on to.
The part I need that's in the picture is right below that green dot that has degree numbers, (90 60 30 0). The previous owner lost it.

I can't keep my camera on an angle (up or down) without it.
Been looking everywhere online and no one seems to sell just that part, but they all seem to sell all other parts.
Anyone know where I can get this tightener/losener?
