welcome to the forum,
an empid /dance fly. a good start
is this a crop? looks a bit soft
try to leave more "space" around the subject,usually in front of head
Welcome to the forum. Its a really great group here.
Nice capture and an unusual subject. It may be slightly underexposed and when you brightened it you got some noise which caused it to appear soft. The other possibility is like was said above, a little to much crop.
Either way its a pretty nice capture. I tend to use extension tubes with good results on my Canon 100mm Macro. I never like tele-converters. Seems like you lose to much quality with them. At least I do. Keep on shooting and keep on posting. Ready to see more.
thanks for reply's
the reason it looks soft is i have no flash , yet
when i buy one , i will try the tupes & converters again
edit ;
btw
cropping does not change image-quality ,only resizing does
cropping is ideal for altering composition
