Taken in my backyard. D1x, handheld, Nikkor 105 f/2 DC.

Model is my lovely girlfriend. She's not a professional model, but she's grown to enjoy having her picture taken by me. iloveyou.gif

As usual, constructive criticism is welcome!

    You're a lucky lucky man.

Amazing photo, and I envy you.

Post more, she may not be a model, but she's very photogenic, which is enough to be worth being photographed.

(it's such a shame in the world that there's lots of photogenic people who don't enjoy being captured on film (digital or otherwise))

    Cute portrait!
I can't see the whole image on my screen without scrolling down - so you might want to resize the height/width so that the dimensions are a little more manageable..
But she seems like a willing subject - lucky you!
The only thing that strikes me is the crop at the bottom - you could try to bring that up a little so that the lower line is her skirt and not a splash of skin.
    Love her expression!

    Thanks for the comments everyone.

I took your suggestion, reduced the resolution and recropped the image. Is that an improvement?
