Why does smug mug always go down when I need it to work.

    I would like a partial refund. I have seriously had nothing but problems. First it was uploads and I was told it was my interenet connection. Then others had the same issue so it wasnt just me. Now it seems like any time I need the site to work it doesnt and it makes me look stupid. I just need to upload some pictures to make some parents happy and boom I get an error message that the site is in read only.

    Wow, that's two days in a row that it's been in Read Only when I wanted to upload or change something. Lousy luck with the timing since I only post photos once every few weeks normally...

    Think we could get some details on what exactly is going on? (A little more detail than "Broken!" *45 mins pass* "Fixed!") 11doh.gif

    Robert, I know what you mean. I just worked for over 6 hours editing a gallery that I promised customers I would have up by tonight. Excited that I just finished it I tried to login and get it uploaded only to run into the Smugmug version of the Blue Screen of Death (Read Only mode).
