Coupon codes and upgrading......

I'll try to explain this in a manner that makes sense. I started my smugmug on a trial, and the kind folks at customer service were kind enough to offer a coupon code, GREAT!! Happy camper.
Come time to pay for my trial I wanted to use two different CC's. Customer service said this wasn't an option. So, being the genius I am, I just started it as a power user and was going to upgrade it to the pro. Coupon codes don't work when upgrading.
They have been responding to my emails in a reasonable amount of time, always less than 12 hours..... Trouble is I just shot photos I need to get up for my first ever paid client. They are out of state and using smugmug is really my only means of completing this transaction properly.
The math of the above. I was going for pro, at 50% off. I went with power to start at $30 (rounding off). Now it wants $90 for a pro account when it would have cost me $75. And I've already paid $30 for a power account so I'd be at $110...... :cry I didn't budget for more at the moment..... Anything I can do, or just wait to hear back from customer service??
