preparing for printing at Bay Photo

I just got 6 images accepted for a gallery. They want 20x30 watercolor giclee prints. I have not printed this large yet. Are there suggesting about the best way to prepare my RAW images to ensure the best possible print? Do I communicate directly with Bay Photo? Any help and/or suggestions appreciated.
