    I like #2 - I just wish the girl was in focus…

#1: "What Would Imelda Do?" :D

    Nice job!

    Thank you Will and Benjamin.

I too wish the little girl in #2 was more in focus. The family was so punk and out of place in Target, I had to take the shot.

The shoes shot also begged to be taken, it was chaos.

#1 is the one for me. You have captured the shot well with the shoes strewn about (irresponsible shoppers whose parents did not raise them well) while the woman must carefully navigate her way through.

#2's main interest is the look of ennui on the women, but it does not quite come together for me.

Quite the word "ennui", really tells it here for image #2.

Very nice capture in image #1. Quickly tells a story or stories there.
I can only imagine how you set yourself up for that picture to get it so
    well. :D Michael

    Thanks Rainbow and DaddyO.

I so want #2 to work--but I do understand I just missed it--something not quite right, besides the soft focus:)

For #1, I used the olympus E620's swivel out screen to take the shot. I got down by my daughters stroller pointed he camera at them but looked at the swivel screen-I don't think they ever knew I took the shot. I did have some serious straightening to do though in PP though.
