Cingular Wireless is having this "5 bars" photo contest. Don't need to be a Cingular customer and don't need to use a cell phone camera. Just check the rules:

1. HOW TO ENTER: Promotion starts at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on July 1, 2005 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 24, 2005. (“Promotion Period”). To enter, using a Cingular Wireless camera phone, take a digital photograph of any item(s) depicting the “5-Bar” theme employed in Cingular’s current advertising. Then using the multimedia messaging (MMS) feature of your phone, send your picture to 52277-86946 (“5 Bars To Win”). You can enter as many pictures as you want. Photographs depicting obscene or pornographic material or inappropriate matter are NOT eligible and will be disqualified. Modified, enhanced or touched-up photographs will also be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Normal charges will apply based on customer’s current messaging feature subscription. You may also enter by sending your photo (with your name, complete street address, daytime phone and email address, if any, neatly hand-printed on the back) in an envelope via mail to: Raising The Bar, P.O. Box 8022, Westport, CT 06888. Mail-in photographs may be color or black/white and must be 8” x 10” or smaller. To enter only the weekly second-prize random drawing aspect of the promotion (not the skill-based photo contest), simply hand-print your name, complete street address, daytime phone and email address, if any, on a 3 x 5 card and mail in an envelope to the address listed above. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately, postmarked by September 24, 2005, and received by September 30, 2005.

well...I puke on Cingular too Andy, but I am stuck in a contract until next year. Winning free service or money is really enticing to me. Corporate schmorporate!
