Yesterday was my first photo-shoot, and it was a lot of fun.
I would love to get some feedback on my photos. C&C are welcome! I got so much to learn!

I have 200 photos from this session, so I am still working on the photos and choosing the ones I like the most.

I wanted to give this photo a hippie-feeling, that is why the colors are not so bright.

Not bad. Very pretty model. Lighting is good on all but #1. On that shot, the highlights on the face are really blown out. I would ditch that one. Also, I would avoid the pose in #4. In one of my very first shoots back when I was first getting started, I took a similar shot at the beach. I thought it was a great shot, so I posted it for critique on another forum page. I got several responses to the effect that it looked like my model was taking a "potty break". I got the message and never posed a model like that again. rolleyes1.gif

    Thank you so much surfdog.

Yes, I was lucky to have a pretty model, it was her first time too.

I agree with the potty-break pose.
And the first shot got strange colors, maybe I can fix it with the raw image?

I am so excited and I can't wait for my next session with her! I got so much to learn, and to take photos of a model instead of nature and travel photos was so much fun!!!!

The 2nd set is much better. The shot with the fence is really nice. Good work!
