First Senior Photos

I am a first time "poster" here in the People section since I typically take sports action photos. I decided to try my hand for the first time at doing some Senior photos of a friend. Please review and share any advice with me that you can as I would like to photograph more seniors.

All of these photos were done with a Canon 50d, 50mm 1.8 lens.
