Trying my hands a landscape photography. Mainly because I wanted a shot like this to hang on my wall :)

    Nice! I'd probably 'turn on' that one burnt-out light in post, but I like the shot.


    (BTW, amazing work on your website. You have some very original captures. The beach shot, the rain shot, the girl up against the wall and the boy jumping and incredible.)

    Goog call on that light Marc! I missed that somehow. Thanks for the good word on my work. As you can probably see, landscape photography for me is a bit unusual. Normally I have people standing somewhere in that landscape.

    It's awesome that you're thinking outside your normal comfort zone! I love the composition of this and you caught the right time of day.

    I think what I love even more than the twinkle of the light posts is that the reflected wet sand is darker than the dry sand. It really leads the eye right from corner to corner. thumb.gif
