Hi you'll,

I like to start the mornings by spending a few hours in the Wetlands.

The egrets gather together and prepare for the hard day ahead

Most groom themselves so they can look good when Trish comes by to shoot them

There's always time to grab a quick snack before heading out to work.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Great Shots Harry,

I love that 500, its the perfect wildlife lens. clap.gif I'm using a tripod more than ever now, a 7 lb lens will make you appreciate a tripod. :D I will also shot through the car window with the car as a prop if the subject will take off before I can set up the tripod.

I'm not there everyday but more likey 3-4 times a week.

I've about exhausted the intercoastal waterway..and my backyard. umph.gif I need to find me a cute single lady photog to go shooting with. thumb.gif

    Hey Mike,

The white birds were snowy and great egrets. If you are ever near the Space Coast give me a buzz and I show you the best bird locales.

Hey Harry...thanks. My Aunt lives over in Stuart...so maybe I'll get over that way someday. The same goes for you if you are in these neck of the woods. There is a rookery in Venice. A place called Pelican Alley, and a few other decent birding spots. Drop me an email/PM if you ever get over this way. Might even get lucky and get to go out in the boat to some of the islands the pelicans/egrets/herons hang out at.

    Cheers

p.s. I was giving you crap about the white birds. :D I knew what "those" birds were. They live on my roof. thumb.gif
