Help! PS and LR Problem...

Ahhh. I downloaded and installed a trial for Lightroom 2 and now my Photoshop CS4 and Bridge CS4 no longer recognize my NEF (raw) files. WTH! I tried downloading the newest Camera Raw plug in, but not sure where to put it. I put it in the plug-ins for each (PS and Bridge) in their plug in folders, but no luck. Help! :( Anyone have an wisdom to impart or ideas for me to try?

    Crud. Never mind. After serious hours spent trying to find out what was going on, it looks like I had about two months worth of corrupt NEF files for some reason. :( All my Raw files earlier than that were fine. Had to convert the ones that wouldn't open to DNG and they opened fine then. Never had that happen before.
