Help! Lost Photos

I recently deleted a folder of RAW files & accidentially emptied my Recycling Bin removing them permanently. I did convert them to jpeg but they too were deleted in the folder discussed above.

Has anyone had success with a Photo Recovery software that they'd recommend? Certainly there are tons available on the web but most seem like Spyware. Thanks in advance!!!
