I'm the second owner of this body. I just got this one back from Canon Irvine. They performed the AF fix on this unit. Serial number (512XXX) is in the range of those affected by the issue. According to them, this has just a little over 1,900 (that's right...1,900!) actuations. The unit looks like new, and no signs of use at all. It comes with body cap, cables, shoulder strap, AC adapter, battery charger, user's manual, CD's and 2 original Canon batteries. There's no box.

I'm looking to get $2,200 net to me. Please add USPS Priority Mail shipping/insurance and paypal fees.
