I have a 40D that is great shape up for sale. It has a few marks on the top LCD, and the back lcd has just a couple of spots where there are very fine/tiny marks, I have them shown below. It works spectacularly, and as picky as I was with the 7D, this 40D has been a very satisfactory backup for me. I am selling off a few things as I think I am going to pick up a MKIII at this point.
It has 5297 clicks per EosInfo, and comes with the box, cables, manual, CDs, neckstrap, charger, and a brand-new Accstation battery.

I am asking $575 shipped and paypaled, take off $15 more if you want to pay via gift. I am open to shipping to other countries as well, but I will require the additional 1% paypal and shipping costs to be added to the price, please send me a PM or email for any inquiries.
I also have two other items for sale:
1) 55-250 IS in like new shape with manual and warranty card and Tiffen UV - if you would like this with the 40D, you may have it for $180, otherwise it will be $195
2) 70-200 F4 Canon Thermos/Mug, the same one they handed out during the Olympics, it has the stainless liner inside, and is pretty nifty. If you would like this with the 40D, I will sell for $45 otherwise $50
