Hi, I'm thrilled to be planning to purchase this beauty. I wonder if anyone has experiences with any of the online retailers with a purchase of a like product you may be willing to share? Thanks.

I have heard good things about B&H. They have stood behind their products and they will work with you on problems if they occur, you can find some interesting threads on DGrin where they have made things right.

I bought my 400 from B&H a couple of years ago.

I buy most of my stuff from B&H. I've never had any issues on any purchase from them.

Adorama is always a good choice. I have nothing against B&H, I just haven't dealt with them.

B&H is my camera store of choice. Never had any problems and they are great to deal with!

I always use Amazon.com. They have the lowest prices and I've never had any problems with them.

I tried to buy a high-end studio strobe kit from B&H a few months back and had nothing but problems. I ended up asking to cancel my order after waiting for several weeks and still no product or even a date as to when the product would be shipped. Of course, they didn't mind withdrawing $2300 from my account the day I ordered. As long as they have their money, it seemed to me like they could care less when I got my strobes.
