Some landscape shots I was able to capture between all the wheeling.

I'm amazed you got some shots if you were wheeling!!! I've just left Moab and couldn't wait to get away.. it was INSANE... I've never seen so many jeeps and mud covered buggies... I forgot it was Memorial Day Weekend eek7.gif Glad you got some captures :D

Thank you haha. Moab is infamous for us off-roaders. It is typically covered with Jeeps. For a week we had a group of 70ish Nissans around the Moab area on different trails. My husband does the wheeling so it gives me plenty of opportunities to shoot between the obstacles if we aren't in a rush. I have 3 days worth of shots to go through. We left the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend so we missed the madness haha. I would love to go back again..when it's not windy.

Nice series. I love #8 as it gives you a real sense of layers. From smooth to jagged to majestic. well done.

Moab offers so much variety. Thanks for sharing the shots. Any chance you did get to drive to "The Maze"? I always wondered if it is worth renting a 4x4 just for that.

    I don't believe so.

Most of these pictures are from Poison Spider, Golden Spike, and Golden Bar trails. We only go if it's a really challenging trail. Where is "The Maze"? I didn't hear a mention of that for the week we were there.

Thank you! That specific landscape really did give a sense of layers, I think that's why I kept taking pictures of it.

    Canyonlands park has three districts:
-Island in the sky (sedan territory)
    -Needles (high clearance 4x4)
    -The Maze (challenging 4x4)

I have to go look that up now because we went all over the Moab area.
