Distortion correction in Aperture 3?

Is Aperture 3 capable of correcting lens distortion? The OLYMPUS Master 2 program that came with my new E-PL1 has a tool that can correct for lens distortion, but I can't find anything like that in Aperture 3. I'm concerned because I read that Olympus doesn't do in-camera distortion correction in their MFT models (unlike Panasonic).
If it's not available in A3, can anyone suggest a good RAW workflow for distortion correction? First? Last? Can you send a corrected RAW to Aperture for further processing? I'd prefer to keep working mostly in Aperture because I like it better than OLYMPUS Master 2.
