Trouble using ACR

I've been using Canon DPP as my primary RAW conversion tool but wanted to give ACR a try & received the error message below multiple times. Has anyone else experienced the same? I've tried to "File Open" in CS4 & tried to right-click "Open With" only to receive the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Note that I am using a Windows based pc. Thanks. . .

    According to your sig, you have a 7D, which wasn't supported when CS4 shipped. The good news is that you can update your ACR module (which is the raw converter in CS4) to get 7D support. Check on Adobe's Web site. deal.gif
