Amazon Payments failed on my Pro Acct

And now my Website is no longer visible. I did not realize that the CC I had on file was expired, and the notification e-mails that my payment failed went to spam :scratch I am waiting for Smugmug support to contact me, but I was wondering if I have lost my website? Has any one ever had this issue before?

Under your email address hockeydad****** I only found a standard account, not a pro account. Did you have another email address?
