Do we ask mycanvas questions here as well??

If not please direct me where I need to.
I was wondering if the picture sizes need to be a certain dimension for mycanvas. I'm trying to create a baby book and when I insert a picture into the canvas, a lot of it may be cropped out. Even the entire page templates are cutting off a huge portion of the picture and I've got the pictures to be the smallest size mycanvas is allowing. I know you can move the pictures around, but I'm wanting the entire image to appear in the template. How is this possible?

Can you email the help desk? It'd be really helpful if we could see a screenshot of what you're seeing, with a link to the image itself and that might not be material for public consumption.
