Any way to use BOTH bayphoto & ezprints?

Hello,

I have a situation where I would like to use both bayphoto & ezprints since they offer different framing and size options.

To be more specific I want to sell a single large image/collage that was made to be printed @ 48"x72" orginally but since none of these provider offer prints that size 24"x36" is ok. But with bayphoto the only ready to mount option in that size is the float mounted metal print. I would LOVE it if they offered ThinWraps in 24"x36" size but they dont and the closest size in the correct aspect ratio is 20"x30".

On the other side is ezprints who offers box frame mounted prints in 24"x36" and 30"x45" sizes which really I'm also really interested in offering to customers. But I can only choose one provider.

Is there any trick/hack I can do to make all options available to customers?

I've thought of putting up 2 copies of the same image and choosing different printers for each but my guess is that this will be REALLY confusing to customers.

For the record I am only allowing certain sizes at the correct aspect ratio for this print, no cropping to fit other sizes will do for this image/collage

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jason

    Hi Jason,

I wish I had a great answer for you, but the lab is chosen on a gallery-by-gallery basis. There's no way to mix and match (other than merchandise/gift items always being available, and only printable at EZ Prints).

The best suggestion I can think of is to create a new gallery, upload a separate, independent copy there, and use some HTML in the gallery description of each gallery to place a link with a message, "More ordering options available in this gallery" or something similar. They'll still be able to place a single order, with one shipping charge, but they'd have to do it from two different galleries.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you!
