watermarks and dvds

hi there,
I'm trying to set it up so all my images are watermarked automatically from now on but it doesn't seem to be working. I've looked at the pro tab of the control panel but only see a way to edit or delete the watermark there. I've also selected 'yes' in the gallery settings to watermark images from now on. Still not seeing it.
Help?
I also have another question- do you plan to offer a dvd anytime? By that I mean that it would be awesome to be able to offer a dvd of images to clients that comes with lovely packaging etc and has an image (or whatever) printed on the disc as well as the packaging. You know, professional and all!
