Sunrise in Narragansett

I dragged my butt out of bed at 3:30 AM today to shoot the sunrise in Narragansett, RI. I got chowed by sand fleas, and forgot to grab a coffee before I left. Despite all that, I think I managed a few halfway decent shots. I know the compositions are similar, I was trying to capture the same scene differently as the light changed.

Hi Bryan,

Very nice. Reminds me of being at Acadia last Fall. #2 is my favorite. I think the landscape versions also are more natural than the portrait ones. Good job.

Love the first one with the long exposure! I also prefer the landscape orientation comps here.

very nice. well worth the effort for the early morning rise, IMO. hard to chose a fave, but i would probably favor #1, given the moody lighting.
