I don't go to monochrome often with plants, but sometimes their shapes just need emphasizing and the color needs to be secondary. Here are some recent ones that I'm quite pleased with.

    Nice pop to the conversion work too. I agree.. sometimes flowers do
    very well, if not excellent, shown in BW. :D

    I really like the leaf in the top-right corner of the 1st photo. It kinda says well there is a flower down there,u might take a look

    yeah, that one sort of snuck up on me, Mary, I liked it when I shot it then when I saw it on screen it was a whole different image. that leaf is pretty cool, saikano. Thanks for the kind words.
